FREE Real Estate Website Just For You

I have had my website with point2 since 2003 and I think it is the best real estate website I have every had.

One good thing is it is easy to use and I can change it anytime I want.  I loved it so much I upgraded to the premium addition and think it is the best deal for websites out there...plus I am linked to 100,000 other Realtors who showcase my listings on their websites so it gets me lots of exposure for my sellers.  They also give you monthly reports of how your website is doing and you have a back office so you can see your stats and where you leads are coming from.

I have 1800 buyer leads since 2003 and the website has drip emails that I send out whenever I want them sent out with a push of a button....so easy.  There are so many features that are so great in this website it would take me all day to tell you so just try it our for yourself...it is Free for the first 6 months so you can see if you like it and then only $9.99 after that....my website has more then paid for itself at least 1000 times.

Try it by clicking here....be patient it might take a few minutes to load because there is a girl that will help you set it up ....it is so easy you will amaze yourself!

Also you can click on the buttons of my website to see how I created my website because the FREE website is a link on my website because I love to help my fellow Realtors.  Good luck I hope you love it as much as I do.

Make More Money, Sell More Real Estate and Give Back To Your Community

They say that in order to make more money  you must see the people, see the people and see more people and owning your own city guide gives you an excuse to do just that! Not only that but it gives you the opportunity to give back to your community.

I discovered this great new city guide at

www.americasbestmarketingtools.com

and it costs only $14.95 a month so I bought 3 cities, Naples, Florida, Bonita Springs Florida and Marco Island Florida. Why did I buy so many because these are all cities I sell real estate in or send business to. Plus there is only one city guide per city and once it is gone it is gone. No one else can have it and exclusivity makes the city guides worth much more money and of course there is less competition.

I have seen other websites like this that want you to pay a $500 set up fee and $500/monthly fees and they are just for one neighborhood. So naturally I thought this was a fantastic deal and reserved as many cities that I needed. Three cities only cost me $45 a month and that is less then an ad in any newspaper.

Then I created a postcard that says Free Listings on

www.mynaplescityguide.com

I hand out the postcard to the businesses in Naples. When I hand out the postcards that have compliments of Ginny Lee's team with my picture and website address printed on it the business owners or people running the business  are very impressed that I want to help them get more business by giving them a Free listing on my city guide website.

Most of the time the business owner tells me about a friend who wants to buy or sell a home and I get a Free real estate  referral.  We always talk about the real estate market and I know they will remember me because they keep the post card and put a listing for their business on my website.  It is a win win for everyone (that's how I see the people see the people, and see more people) I even leave some postcards for the business owner to give to their friends that have businesses too.

I had a pedicure last week and my pedicurist wanted lots of my postcards cards to give out to her customers....she loved it! So now I have other people handing out my cards too. The possibilities are limitless.

My city guides are a great service to the city because they provide the local news, weather, local movies, local events, local business listings, local classifieds,

local blogs, local discussions, news letters, local polls and even banner advertising.

You can make money on the banner advertising if you want but now I just save it to advertise my real estate business.  I have decided that if I sell some of the banners I will give the money to charity because I feel the money I make from all the real estate referrals will be enough.

You really don't have to know much about web design because the city guide comes with instructions and a help guide.  Even I can figure most of it out and the city guide has great customer support.

What sets my city guide apart from other online city guides is that my city guides don't have a lot of advertising, they are easy to use and they are very community oriented. They are more then just a directory service and hopefully it will bring people together in my online blogs and current events that anyone can participate in. You can control the blogs etc. in your city guide because in your back web master office you have to approve everything before it goes on the Internet. This makes it easy for you to make sure there are no mean comments or bad remarks.

Of course the city guides take a little work on your part but I think they are fun and if you have an assistant they can help you with your city guide too.

It seems that we have more time on our hands these days since the real estate business has slowed down and this is so easy and it is a very inexpensive way to get your name and business out there while you are helping your local businesses.  It is a great way to give back and I always believe you win in life by helping others win too. I am also helping the humane society by posting their animals up for adoption on my website....I love animals!

I haven't owned my city guides for very long so I can't tell you how much money I am going to make or how much real estate business I am going to get from it. But I wanted you to know about this great opportunity for you to own your own city guide before your city was gone!

Owning your own city guide takes time and effort but it is easy and could be profitable. I know for sure everyone I tell about it or give a Free listing to greatly appreciates it and I think it has a lasting impression that I want to help their business.

I use to spend close to $150,000 a year on print advertising and it didn't bring me half as much business as the Internet and the Internet is here to stay and cost just a fraction of what print advertising does so that is where I put my marketing dollars now.

If you think having your own city guide is something that you would like to do go to

www.americasbestmarketingtools.com

click on the little spy glass and reserve your city guide for only $14.95 a month and you can have your city guide up and running in less than a week.  It is worth a try and you do not have to sign any long term commitments.

Try it and see if you like it and let me know how it works for you!

Now This Is Funny!

I am trying to do videos and I am having trouble getting it all right and it is so funny I thought I would share it with you....go to http://www.youtube.com/user/ginnylee7

If you know how to help me I would greatly appreciate any and all help....Thanks!

I know some of the videos are good because they were professionally done but the ones I did are really funny!

How To Get More Business and Help Your Community Too!

Now that I have more time because real estate is slow I found new ways to help my community and in turn it is getting me more business! I don't really care about the new business it just makes me feel good to help.

I found an Internet city guide I that I bought for just $14.95 a month, which I think is a great buy. Check it out at http://www.mynaplescityguide.com. I give away FREE listings to every business who wants one to help their business.

I also give away FREE vacations and cruises. Everyone loves me doing this because a lot of people are struggling and want all the help they can get.

I just had postcards made that I have handed out at several luncheons and next month there will be an ad in the paper that goes to everyone in Pelican Bay and Bay Colony and I can't wait to see what responses I get. In the ad I put that I am celebrating my success in real estate and to show my appreciation I want you to have a FREE vacation.

It only costs me $99 a month to give away as many vacations as I want to ...even 100,000 a year if I want and that with my city guide for $14.95 monthly is less then an ad in the news paper. I would rather spend money helping other people then waste it in an ad in the newspaper. In times of Gloom and Doom we need to reach out and make people happy...remember we win in life by helping others!

I Hope you check everything out and maybe you should buy your city so you can make a difference in your community too!

A Dog's Purpose ... (from a 6-year-old) We Can Learn From This one!

Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish
Wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their
little boy Shane , were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping
for a miracle.

I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the family we
couldn't do anything for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia
procedure for the old dog in their home.

As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good
for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane
might learn something from the experience.

The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker's family
surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time,
that I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes,
Belker slipped peacefully away.

The little boy seemed to accept Belker's transition without any difficulty
or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker's Death, wondering
aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives.
Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, 'I know why.'

Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me.
I'd never heard a more comforting explanation.

He said, 'People are born so that they can learn how to live a good Life --
like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?'      The Six-year-old continued,   'Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long.'

Remember, if a dog was the teacher you would learn things like:

  • When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
  • Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
  • Take naps.
  • Stretch before rising.
    Run, romp, and play daily.
  • Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
  • Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
  • On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
  • On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
  • When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
  • Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
  • Be loyal.
  • Never pretend to be something you're not.
  • If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
  • When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently.

    Live simply.
    Love generously.
    Care deeply.
    Speak kindly.

ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY!

TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED the 1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's!!

First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant

They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes.

Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-based paints.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking.

As infants and children, we would ride in cars with no car seats, booster seats, seat belts or air bags.

Riding in the back of a pick up on a warm day was always a special treat.

We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle.

We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO
ONE actually died from this.

We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank Kool-aid made with sugar, but we weren't overweight because,

WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on.

No one was able to reach us all day...

And we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes after running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve t he problem.

We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 150 channels on cable, no video movies or DVD
's, no surround-sound or CD's, no cell phones, no personal computers!, no Internet or chat rooms.......

WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits f rom these accidents.

We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.

We were given BB guns for our 10th birthdays, made up games with sticks and tennis balls and, although we were told it would happen, we did not poke out very many eyes.

We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just walked in and talked to them!

Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!!

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!

These generations have produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever!

The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas. We had freedom , failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL
!

If YOU are one of them CONGRATULATIONS!

You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated so much of our lives for our own good .

While you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave (and lucky) their parents were....Kind of makes you want to run through the house with scissors, doesn't it?!

The quote of the month is by Jay Leno:

'With hurricanes, tornados, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of bird flu and terrorist attacks, are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?'
