I am  new at this so sometimes I don't do everything right!

A lot of you put great pictures in your blogs and fantastic copy and I really appreciate all your talents.

I am still learning and don't have a lot of time but I will get there.  I am also making money at some of my other adventures so trying to keep up with everything sometimes is over whelming if you know what I mean.

Please accept my apologies if I don't answer all your email or know how to do some of these things I don't mean to forget you or be rude.  I will learn it all soon because I am one of those over achievers and I will drive myself crazy until I am perfect.

Wow I saw that Shannon Lefere (not sure I spelled it right) has over 100,000 points...I am so impressed...she even bought one of my listings and I am so grateful for that!

Now you are going to think I am crazy for doing this but 2 days ago I had some time on my hands so I was surfing the Internet just for fun.  Then I stumbled on this website that had live sales people on it selling a website that makes you money.  Well I am a sucker for everything so I bought one and guess what I made $250 the second day with my website!  I was amazed so I have worked a little harder and I plan on making $250 everyday.

If I make $250 a day that is over $90,000 a year and I can do it in just a few hours a day! It's extra money and I can still do my real estate and it's fun...check it out with an open mind and see what you think go to

I was just checking out a lot of blogs and I noticed when you blog about a listing or an event happening or an open house they don't get a lot of attention and they get hardly any remarks.

I noticed too that people that want help usually get lots of help and that is great!

People trying to sell something or give away something usually don't sell or give away anything.

So I guess information and help blogs are the best....What do you think?

I also noticed a lot of people have soo many points they must blog all day...I wonder if it helps them

get more business?  Have you gotten a lot of business from blogging...?

I did something fun today I am helping Toys For Tots!

It is always good to do something for your community so get in the Christmas Spirit earyl and let's help those kids get toys for Christmas!

My community does it every year and it is so much fun to see the toys given away by the Marines on the 2oth of December the smiles on their faces are worth more then money can buy.

I really hope everyone can get out their and help...it will make you feel so good to help....and please remember You win in Life by Helping Others!

I think niche marketing is what has made me successful.

When I was in Colorado I specialized in selling condominiums at a time most people didn't even know what they where...I even did a few condo conversions. I was so lucky because there wasn't a lot of competition so I got most of the sales.

Now that I live in Naples, Florida I specialize in Pelican Bay and Bay Colony.  I started selling there in 1984 when there were just a few buildings...now there are 6500 residences! I have earned a great reputation loving, living in and selling my passion.  My passion is the beach, nature and friendly people and selling homes and making people happy.  I am well known in my community because I love it!

I think if you follow your passion and create a niche market for yourself you will succeed even in times of gloom and doom....but I am lucky because there is no gloom and doom in Pelican Bay and Bay Colony.

Not only is it FREE but it is a challenge to get your videos up...But once you learn you will have fun doing it!
