Buy This Property As Your Retirement Home NOW and Retire LATER!

With prices on Naples real estate more affordable than ever, now is the time to invest. Even if you aren't ready to retire, considering a real estate purchase in Naples may be the smartest investment you can make --  and the best place to be is in Pelican Bay!

When you purchase your retirement home – whether it is in Pelican Bay or another neighborhood – you can easily rent it out during the time you aren't planning on living there. Rental rates can easily cover your mortgage and costs, allowing you to pay off your home without putting any of your own cash into it! Smart business, right?

This featured property, a coveted condo in one of Pelican Bay's most popular buildings, has rented for six months at the rate of $2600 per month – well more than is needed to cover the costs of owning it. Located just 1800 feet from the beach, with friendly neighbors, this condo has been rarely used and recently remodeled. A golf club, pool, hot tub, exercise room, social hours, parties, eighteen tennis courts. . . the list of amenities goes on and on. There is no better place, nor a better time, to invest in Naples real estate.

Tempting - but I have a client here who has a condo to sell in Naples because she says they can't keep it rented -  I think she said 3 months of the year is their average - Could be related to location I guess

Hi Marcia,

That is crazy because I have people call me all the time to rent in Naples and they can't find anything.

I don't do rentals...I refer them all to my friends at

If I know someone why wants to rent I also give them to the homeowners and never charge a commission.
Where is their condo?

Probably the reason they can only rent it for 3 months is because that is our busy season...do they want an annual renter?
